Strawberry Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg white
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. crushed saltines
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tub cool whip
Fresh Strawberries

Preparation

Beat egg white until stiff peaks form. Add sugar, crackers, nuts and vanilla and blend well. Grease a 9 X 13 pan. Spread mixture in pan and bake at 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Let cool, Clean and slice strawberries fold into cool whip and spread over cooled crust. Garnish with a few slices of strawberry.
