Italian Coconut Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs, separated (use yolks)
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream together sugar, eggs, oleo and oil.
    Add flour, soda, buttermilk, coconut, vanilla and pecans.
    Beat egg whites and fold into mixture.
    Bake in three 8 or 9-inch pans at 350\u00b0.
