Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sliced carrots, cook until tender
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 medium pepper, diced
    1/2 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can condensed cream of tomato soup, heated add added last
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Mix oil and vinegar.
    Heat until hot.
    Pour over carrots, onion and green pepper.
    Combine all ingredients together and marinate 12 hours.
    Keeps well in refrigerator for weeks.
