Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal
    1/3 c. corn oil
    1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion
    1/2 chopped bell pepper
    2 eggs
    1 c. creamed corn
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
