Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
2 well beaten eggs
3 c. apples (3 large apples), peeled and chopped
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix well and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
