Baked Rice And Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Saute celery and onion in oleo.
Add soup and Cheez Whiz and stir until hot and well blended.
Add rice and broccoli and mix well.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered with foil.
