Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cream-style corn
1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
1/4 c. bell pepper
1/2 c. hot peppers (sauce with juice), chopped
2/3 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. grated cheese, divided
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup of cheese.
Mix well.
Place in a hot greased skillet; sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
