Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large zucchini
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook zucchini in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Cover with cold water; let stand until cool enough to handle.
    Carefully scoop out and save pulp, leaving 1/4-inch shell of zucchini.
    Chop pulp; combine with remaining ingredients.
    Spoon mixture into zucchini shells.
    Place in lightly greased shallow baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes, or until tender.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
