Crunchy Curried Chicken - cooking recipe

4 1/2 c. cooked grain rice
1 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 c. cubed cooked ham
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/3 c. sliced almonds
Preparation

Place rice in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle chicken, ham and water chestnuts. Combine the next six ingredients. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake 5 minutes longer. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
