Dixie Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 egg
milk
wieners

Preparation

Mix first 5 (batter) ingredients with enough milk to make a cake-like batter.
Roll wieners in batter and drop into hot oil. Cook until golden brown.
