Crabmeat Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped finely
    12 oz. to 1 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 to 1 green pepper, chopped
    3/4 to 1 c. white wine
    2 lb. fresh spinach or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    dash of salt and pepper
    dash of nutmeg
    2 c. milk
    2 c. Cheddar and Parmesan cheese, mixed
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Drain crabmeat.
    Saute onion in 1/4 cup margarine.
    Add mushrooms and green pepper.
    Add crabmeat and wine.
    Cook until mixture is heated through and set aside.
