Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head romaine lettuce, washed
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 anchovies, mashed
3/4 tsp. cracked pepper
1/4 tsp. Coleman's dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Grey Poupon
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
splash of Worcestershire
6 Tbsp. olive oil
1 egg yolk
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
croutons
Preparation

Wash and chop lettuce, then refrigerate.
Combine all ingredients except egg yolk, cheese and croutons.
Mix well.
Just before serving, add egg yolk and mix until thick.
Immediately add chilled lettuce, cheese and croutons.
Mix thoroughly and serve.
