Mixed Sausages Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage links
    water
    1 lb. German style veal sausage
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frankfurters (each sliced lengthwise into 4 wedges)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cocktail frankfurters
    1 (12 oz.) jar orange marmalade
Preparation
    In 12-inch skillet over high heat, heat Italian sausage links and 1/2 cup water to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover; simmer 5 minutes.
    Uncover skillet over medium heat.
    Brown sausages well. Cut sausage into 1-inch diagonal slices.
    Set aside.
    Cook German sausages; cut crosswise 3/4-inch pieces.
    Cook frankfurters until they curl.
    Add cocktail frankfurters and orange marmalade.
    Cook until mixture is heated through.
    Serve in chafing dish with cocktail picks.
