Beef Kabobs(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless sirloin
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sherry
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
6 mushrooms
1 green pepper, cut into chunks
1 small onion, cut into chunks
6 pieces of sliced pineapple
Preparation

Cut beef into small cubes.
Place beef in glass dish.
Mix next 6 ingredients and pour over beef.
Marinate for 1 to 3 hours in refrigerator.
Alternate beef and vegetables on 6 kabobs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 to desired doneness (10 minutes for rare to 20 minutes for well).
