Simple Simon Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. country style spareribs
    2 c. white Sauterne wine
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from ribs and arrange single layer in shallow pan.
    Combine wine, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce.
    Pour over ribs. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours; baste occasionally. Serves 4 to 5.
