Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Line a 10 x 15-inch cookie sheet with wax paper.
    (You don't need to cover the sides.)
    Grease wax paper with margarine or shortening.
    Mix ingredients together; pour in center of the pan. Spread to about 9 x 13 inches.
    Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
    Bake for 8 to 12 minutes at 375\u00b0, until surface looks dry and no longer sticky.
    (Wax paper will smoke some.)
    Invert onto a tea towel covered with powdered sugar.
    Peel off wax paper.
    Roll cake in tea towel lengthwise until cool.
    When cool, unroll carefully and spread filling.
