Salmon Party Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. red salmon, flaked
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. onion flakes
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    chopped pecans
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon removing bones and skin.
    Combine salmon, cream cheese, and spices.
    Chill several hours.
    Shape mixture into an 8 x 2-inch log.
    Roll in nuts.
    Chill well.
    Serve with crackers.
