Upside-Down Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. sliced apples
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon. Beat eggs and sugar.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt together. Add water to egg and sugar.
Mix in dry ingredients.
Butter pan good.
Add part of cinnamon and sugar mixture in bottom of pan.
Add apples and rest of sugar mixture.
Pour batter over apples.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until done.
Take from oven and turn upside down.
