Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables, thawed and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. Durkee onion rings
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour
    cream, pepper and 1/2 can onions. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove cover. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes longer.
    Makes 6 servings.
