Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, chopped
    1 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1 to 2 pkg. taco seasoning
    2 c. guacamole
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. chopped green onions
    1 large jar prepared salsa
    1 large can refried beans
    2 c. sour cream
    2 large bags tortilla chips
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with taco seasoning.
    Line a large casserole dish with tortilla chips.
    Spread lettuce over chips and sprinkle on 3/4 cup onions.
    On top of this, spread a layer of refried beans, a layer of guacamole and then a layer of sour cream. Sprinkle grated cheese over the sour cream and garnish with remaining onions.
    This may be served hot or cold with remaining tortilla chips and, if you prefer it spicier, you can add chopped jalapeno peppers.
