Baked Bear Paws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bear paws, skinned
    margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 onions, chopped
    1 c. beef bouillon
    8 slices bacon
Preparation
    Brown the paws in a skillet with margarine.
    Transfer to a casserole and season with salt, thyme, cinnamon and pepper.
    Fry onion in the fat until softened and transfer the contents of the pan over the paws.
    Add beef bouillon and lay the bacon over the top.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 until tender.
