Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 medium apples
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cake flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 egg
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Preparation

Peel and core apples.
Chop and measure 1 3/4 cups into a large bowl.
Add sugar and let stand 10 minutes.
