Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 eggs, beaten
    5 1/4 c. flour (about)
Preparation
    Scald milk; add sugar, salt and oleo.
    Cool to lukewarm. Measure water in large bowl.
    Dissolve yeast; add milk mixture, eggs and 2 cups flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add enough flour to make soft dough.
    Knead 8 to 10 minutes.
    Put in greased bowl; let rise 1/2 hour.
    Punch down; shape in rolls.
    Let rise 1/2 hour. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
