Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage
    2 c. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 c. raw white rice
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2/3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 can tomatoes
Preparation
    Gently pull off cabbage leaves.
    Simmer in 1-inch boiling water for 5 minutes.
    Drain and lay out, ready for filling. Combine meat with egg, onion, rice and seasonings.
    Fill leaves loosely with mixture.
    Roll up each, folding leaves under.
    Place in a greased skillet.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Drain tomatoes, place on edge.
    Pour in 1 cup liquid.
    Cook on high until steam appears.
    Turn to simmer for 1 hour.
