Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Peel and slice the potatoes.
    Boil
    until soft.
    Drain off water.
    In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onions.
    Drain excess grease.
    In a large baking dish, pour potatoes, ground beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup and evaporated milk.
    Mix lightly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
