Hawaiian Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. coarsely chopped green pepper
1 can Hunt's Manwich sandwich sauce
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, undrained
Preparation

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper; brown well in oil in 10-inch skillet.
Remove chops.
Drain excess fat.
Add rice to skillet.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Place chops over top. Bring to a boil.
Simmer (covered) 45 minutes or until rice and chops are tender.
Makes 6 servings.
