Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 large green peppers, stems and seeds removed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    tomato sauce or catsup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs or Minute rice
Preparation
    Mix raw ground beef, seasonings, onion, cheese, rice and tomato sauce or catsup.
    Use just enough sauce to mix but not soupy.
    Stuff all in the 4 large green peppers. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Remove the foil and spread catsup over and cook until peppers are starting to turn brown.
