Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Ore Ida hash browns
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. corn flakes, crushed
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix frozen hash browns, sour cream, onion, salt, pepper, mushroom soup and 1/2 cup margarine together.
    Put in 13 x 9-inch baking pan, slightly greased.
    Top with cheese and sprinkle corn flakes crumbled on top.
    Pour the remaining melted margarine over cornflakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Freezes well; feeds a bunch.
