Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. diced potatoes, completely cooked
    6 oz. Cheddar or Velveeta cheese
    2 oz. flour
    1 pt. milk
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 oz. butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon powder
    3/4 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Put cooled potatoes in a bowl.
    Combine milk and flour in blender until smooth.
    Melt butter in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat.
    Add milk and flour mixture, stirring constantly.
    Add rest except cheese, then over low heat add cheese and thicken.
    Put in lightly buttered casserole dish.
    Garnish with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
