Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage
    1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
    1 pkg. chicken noodle soup mix
    2 1/4 c. hot water
    1/3 c. slivered almonds
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 c. celery, finely chopped
    1/2 c. rice
    1 can chicken broth
Preparation
    Brown sausage, pepper, celery and onion.
    Drain.
    Combine soup mix, rice, broth and water.
    Add sausage mixture and blend well. Place in casserole.
    Sprinkle almonds on top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
