Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh green beans
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 c. oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper (as desired)
    1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
Preparation
    Steam green beans until tender.
    Cool.
    Mix all ingredients together, except beans.
    Shake and pour dressing over beans. Marinate in refrigerator for at least one hour.
    Serve chilled.
