Snapper With Dill Sauce(Seafood Entree) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. snapper fillet
1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 Tbsp. imported mustard (the more grain, the better)
3 tsp. finely chopped dill
8 lemon wedges
parsley
lemon and parsley (garnish)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place fillets in a baking dish, skin side down.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Blend the mayonnaise, mustard and dill.
Brush it evenly over the fish fillets.
Place the fillets in the oven.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until meat flakes when checked with a fork.
