Pierogies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    8 eggs
    8 potatoes, peeled and cut up in chunks
    1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese (sharp)
    pepper to taste
    1 small bunch chives, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    You will need a 3 or 4-inch round cookie cutter.
