Rice With Browned Noodles And Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. fine egg noodles
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. rice
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. finely minced garlic
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
Preparation
    Heat oil in saucepan; add the noodles.
    Cook, stirring until browned.
    Add the rice and garlic and stir well.
    Add the butter, broth, salt and pepper to taste.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover the pan and cook over low heat 17 minutes.
    Stir in the chopped parsley.
