Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 pkg. Campbell's box chicken noodle soup with chicken broth (use 1 pouch per recipe)
3 c. water*
2 1/2 c. Minute rice
1 c. real bacon bits (optional)
slivered almonds (optional)
Preparation

Brown pork sausage and drain.
Put sausage back into the skillet and add the chopped green pepper, onion and celery.
Heat the meat mixture until vegetables begin to soften.
Add real bacon bits, if desired, and set aside.
