Caramel Fudge Jumbles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Rice Krispies
    2 c. oats
    1 c. peanuts
    1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Mix Rice Krispies, oats and peanuts.
    Set aside.
    In medium saucepan over low heat or a double boiler, melt caramels and mix with water.
    Pour over cereal mix; toss until well coated.
    Press mixture in lightly greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle chocolate and butterscotch chips evenly over cereal mixture.
    Bake in 200\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes.
    Spread melted chips evenly
    over bars.
    Cool 1 hour.
    Cut into bars.
