Potato Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine all ingredients except cheese.
    Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes uncovered.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake for 5 more minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
