Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 or 3 bunches green onions, chopped
fresh parsley (optional, as desired)
1/2 lb. white grated cheese (Mozzarella or Swiss)
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
3 tsp. Cavender's seasoning
Preparation

Toss mushrooms, onions and parsley; just before serving, toss together cheese, vegetables and dressing.
