Applesauce Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices white bread, toasted
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    16 oz. applesauce
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 tsp. granulated sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Spread toasted bread with butter and cut into quarters. Place buttered side up in greased 8 x 8 baking dish. Sprinkle raisins over toast. Mix eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, applesauce, evaporated milk and vanilla until well blended. Pour over toast. Let stand 10 minutes. Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
