Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. shortening
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 c. canned corn, drained
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Melt shortening.
Add flour and mix well.
Add milk gradually; bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Add corn, sugar, salt and pepper.
Heat thoroughly; remove from heat.
Add eggs and mix well.
Grease a 1-quart casserole dish.
Pour corn mixture into dish.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
