El Dorado Beef Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onions
    2 cans water
    1 to 1 1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 can green chilies, chopped
    1 c. small curd cottage cheese
    2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    1 c. sliced black olives
    1 pkg. tortilla chips
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. cumin
Preparation
    Place beef in cold skillet.
    Brown, then drain grease.
    Add onion, salt, tomato sauce and water; simmer a while.
    Combine sour cream, cottage cheese, chilies and olives; set aside.
