Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot bulk sausage
    2 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 c. or more grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Roll into 1-inch ball.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until light brown.
    Balls may be frozen, then baked after thawing.
