Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage (hot)
4 c. mild cheddar cheese, shredded
3 c. biscuit mix
Preparation

Crumble sausage into a large bowl; add cheese add mix well. Blend biscuit mix into sausage and cheese mixture with a pastry blender.
Shape into walnut size balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Yield: about 9 dozen.
