Veal With Pepper And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cubed veal
    1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    3/4 c. tomato juice
    1 bay leaf
    1 (.75 oz.) envelope instant chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 sweet green peppers, sliced
Preparation
    Coat large skillet with
    nonstick vegetable cooking spray. Heat until hot. Add veal. Brown over medium-high heat.
    Push veal to one side.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Cook until onion is lightly browned.
