Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. water
    butter (size of hickory nut)
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 banana, cut up
    diced apples
    celery
    pecans, diced
    grapes
    marshmallow bits
    pineapple bits
Preparation
    Mix and boil the sugar, water, butter, beaten egg, flour and vinegar until thickens, stirring constantly.
    Add remaining ingredients, except banana.
    Add the cut up banana just before serving.
    Serves 10 to 12.
