Onions Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. onions, cooked, drained and chopped
    4 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. self-rising flour or regular flour plus 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix onions, 3 1/2 cups cheese and remaining ingredients in a 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
