Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 c. celery, diced small
    3/4 c. onion, diced small
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayo (not salad dressing)
    1 tube Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Mix well and place in buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Put a tube of Ritz (or similar) crackers, crushed, over the top.
    Pour 1 stick melted oleo over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
