Carrots Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    3 lb. carrots
    1 c. bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Butter a shallow casserole dish.
    Combine cream cheese, soup, milk, salt and pepper in a blender; blend well.
    Grate carrots and add to cream cheese mixture.
    Mix well and pour into a casserole dish.
    Mix bread crumbs, melted butter and cheese and sprinkle over top.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
