Vegetable Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    2 pkg. light or nonfat cream cheese
    1 pkg. light Hidden Valley Ranch mix
    1/2 c. light mayonnaise
    1/2 c. nonfat yogurt or sour cream
    4 to 6 strips crumbled turkey bacon
    1/4 c. Parmesan (may use shredded Cheddar)
    3/4 c. broccoli
    3/4 c. cauliflower
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
    1/2 c. tomato
    red onion rings (optional)
Preparation
    Cover bottom of cookie sheet with rolls.
    Lay out flat and press down perforations.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 minutes.
    Beat cream cheese, mayo, sour cream and dressing mix until smooth.
    Spread on cool crust.
    Chop vegetables very fine; toss with cheese and sprinkle over creamy layer.
    Sprinkle with bacon and place onion rings on top.
    Cut and serve.
