Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 c. light cream
    4 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Add the sugar and salt to the milk and stir until both are thoroughly dissolved.
    Add eggs; use blender.
    Add the cream and stir in vanilla; cool.
    Turn into freezer.
    Makes 2 quarts.
